The Dual Chain Diamond Quilted Convertible Leather Shoulder Bag

I love this bag because it’s made well, with really soft leather, and this medium size bag, does hold its shape well. The quilting is sewn in, not heat pressed leather, This bag can be used as a daily bag, but can definitely be dressed up! The chain is comfortable, can be carried crossbody, shoulder length, and as a tote. I’m happy with my purchase of this bag!

I don’t know what is going on with Nordstrom‘s quality department, but I am extremely disappointed with them when it came to the purchase of this bag! The bag itself is beautiful and the leather is soft, however the once they were sending me should have never been sold to a customer!! The first time the bag came it looked like it was either a return or a display bag ( which at that point should not have been selling for the full price ) because of how it was packaged, and also the bottom of the purse had scuffs all over.. so I quickly contacted customer service and thought the issue was resolved and I was sent out a replacement bag with expedited service. However, when the replacement bag came, I had no words for it. Packaging wasn’t any better still no dust bag and also it was pretty evident. The bag was not just a regular return. It was used up horribly! It had scuffs, it had stains, which might’ve been makeup stains had crumbs in pockets, even somebody’s hair!!!! I don’t understand , if such purse was received as a return How can it be labeled appropriate for re-sell?! And mind you the replacement purse was supposed to come from the fulfillment center to make sure it was up to par of their quality standards since I had issues with the first purse!
