Comfortable shoe but disappointing brand
The shoe is extremely comfortable and I'm glad I purchased through Nordstrom because Nordstrom's customer service is top tier, however it gets one star from me because I have tried to buy other styles directly from Rothy's and the package went missing in the mail and the customer service was an absolute nightmare to deal with. If you have to have Rothy's, definitely buy from Nordstrom.
