Used dirty bag
Nordstrom sent me a used dirty bag with the bottom completely missing. Also there items left in the pockets from the previous owner. Disgraceful.

Almost perfect bag
I love this bag! It’s a perfect size and very well designed with a cool bottom section for shoes and inside pockets. I wish the zippers were more sturdy they are a bit too fragile for this bag.

Bettet than expected
This is a great bag and what I had hoped for. Love the detachable bottom that is great for shoes and/or dirty laundry. The interior pockets are great—love how everything can detach. I will use for an upcoming work trip to pack clothes and laptop. Love that you can unpack, detach bottom and use as a large tote/purse when you reach your destination. Only criticism is the side “pocket” than can unzip to hook on luggage handle. It doesn’t appear very durable and am not confident it wouldn’t tear. Unfortunately I doubt I will be able to use that feature.

I’ve purchased two of these and the bottom zipper broke on both. The last bag was used one time and broke. Awful quality.
