What it is: A potent barrier serum with a concentrated form of cell-renewing Miracle Broth™ to help visibly calm redness and irritation.

love it

I really love this La Mer Concentrate product; it has anti-inflammatory properties, so I tried it for the first time after facial hair removal. Within just a few minutes, there were no signs of redness or irritation. My skin is prone to breakouts, and this product works wonders for soothing irritation. My skin feels amazing! It feels pleasant and soft upon application and absorbs very quickly. The scent is lovely and natural—not overpowering like some other high-end brands. I am truly impressed!

Not impressed, especially for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, this product didn't work for me. The texture feels very silicone-heavy and reminds me more of a pore-filling primer than a skincare treatment. I haven't noticed any improvement in my skin texture, and I've also found that it pills quite a bit. I'd prefer a formula that absorbs better into the skin and delivers more noticeable results, especially at this price point.

Nice and Easy

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I’ve been using the La Mer The Concentrate Kaizen and I can honestly see why it has such a loyal following. The texture feels rich but not heavy, and it absorbs nicely without leaving my skin greasy. My skin feels noticeably softer and more hydrated after using it, and it gives my skin a healthy, refreshed look. I especially like using it when my skin feels dry or just needs a little extra TLC. It’s definitely a luxury product and a splurge, but I really enjoy how my skin feels after using it.

Amazing serum

I received this product for free from La Mer for testing and review purposes. This serum is smooth and soft and really absorbs into my skin. It has a pleasant rosemary/tea tree oil type scent. I was given a sample but even with this sample it came with a built in applicator on the cap that helps distribute the product across the skin. I felt like this product helped my skin feel hydrated. Using this daily I believe it helped reduce overall redness and irritation on my skin.

Amazing product.

I received this product for free from La Mer for testing and review purposes. I must admit the sample I received didn't probably prove the full potential of this product however I can already tell I will be buying it again. It's made with high quality ingredients and is highly nourishing. It's easily absorbed and works well with my complexion which is prone to redness. It feels luxurious and I am looking forward to trailing it for longer.

Smoothing and soothing

I’ve been using The Concentrate Serum both morning and night for the past two weeks. The serum glides very smoothly over my skin, similar to a silicone primer, and I’ve been using this as the last step of my routine. It is not heavy and wears well under makeup. I have noticed a reduction in redness and irritation since using the serum, but the price point is certainly high. I received this product for free from La Mer for testing and review purposes.
