The Clover Shoulder Bag

It’s the perfect bag to transition from day to night. Well made. Absolutely beautiful, lightweight and so cute.

Just placed this bag for purchase and accidentally used the wrong card; wouldnt even let me cancel my order even tried chatting. rest assured will be returning it and buying from a competitor. nordies will be the next robinsons may and macy's soon with their customer service

I love the bag and it’s very beautiful. The short strap is perfect for the shoulder. The long strap is flapping down by my butt, so I’ll have to see if someone can remove the chain links, as Nordstrom does not. Bummer it’s not more easily adjustable for the strap length

Customer service was very unprofessional

Wore this on a trip to NYC and the strap swivel hook disconnected from the purse. The hook opens just enough for it to slip off the o-clip. Having a cream color leather bag drop on the streets of NYC, in dressing room, and a cab was distressing. Pretty lame that MJ quality assurance and quality control is nonexistent. This purse will be my 3rd from MJ that must be returned due to poor quality and/or craftsmanship. Actually the 4th returned as I purchased the cream and the black bag @ this year's NAS. Definitely the last Marc Jacob purse I will purchase. It is unfortunate b/c I loved the design of each bag purchased. I picked up the cream color MJ @ the Tyson's Corner location and was disappointed to be handed a bag w/ the purse thrown in. No wrapping in tissue or in a box. The black MJ bag was delivered to my home was wrapped in its original packaging. What has happened to Nordstrom customer service, QA, and QC? I never know if my clothing will be delivered in original packaging or thrown in a box. Nordstrom no longer has a petite department so my clothes need to be shipped and it is infuriating to receive clothing wrinkled and disheveled looking. Even more infuriating is I must pay an additional $100-$800 in alterations b/c I must buy a regular size. I need to find a department store that has a petite dept, does not charge me $5 to wrap a birthday gift. Disappointing that garment bags for women are not available but they are for men.

This is a very cute little bag but the features on the bag are not adjustable. The longer cross body strap is one length which is too short if you're tall. I bought a marc Jacobs purse last anniversary sale that is much nicer than this one. Kind of disappointed with the quality here will be returning.
