Disappointing- SO MUCH MENTHOL AND MINT
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had such high hopes for this set, but i have been left very disappointed. First, the gel cleanser has a wonderful consistency as a slippery, blue gel, and it foams up very easily. Unfortunately after applying it to my face, the menthol immediately took over. My entire face felt super cold and the face wash was so strongly scented like toothpaste. After rinsing, my skin was VERY clean - a bit stripped even, and somewhat dry. I will not be able to continue using this since my skin is rather dry, dehydrated, and sensitive already.
As far as the moisturizer, this is basically the same outcome. It's a lightweight, watery cream that applies more like a gel. It's also very minty and menthol heavy. While it did not dry out my skin, it definitely did not deliver enough moisture for my skin.
Unfortunately neither of these products worked for me. I much prefer other products that are a fraction of the price.

Classic skincare that will add a one-two-punch to
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kiehl’s classic gentleman collection adds a one-two-punch knockout to your daily skin care routine.
The invigorating face wash has a classic almost minty fragrance! It has a great consistency and lathers up nicely. It deep cleans with a cooling and refreshing sensation. I could feel a real difference after using this product. My skin felt incredibly clean, but not dry the way some face wash left it.
The invigorating moisture treatment for men is less dense than some moisturizers I’ve used before and really glides over the skin. It has the same minty masculine fragrance as the face wash. I felt that after using this my face looked dewy but not greasy or shiny. I have quite sensitive skin and I didn’t experience an adverse reaction-another win for Kiehl’s!
Both products are unabashedly masculine which is clearly evident by the branding, color, and typography on the packaging. I am actually really drawn to this classic aesthetic and it hints at Kiehl’s long history in cosmetics and its commitment to quality and transparency.

Refreshing, energizing skincare that locks in mois

I’m in my late 30s and my skin definitely notices stress and travel. This set is energizing, refreshing and locks in moisture without feeling greasy. My skin looks smoother and more awake in the morning. Clean scent, simple routine, and great results.

FAVORITE SKIN CARE DUO SET!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a big fan of Kiehl’s skin care line for years. Every one of their products I’ve tried has been a home run! What I love about the Facial Fuel Invigorating Face Wash is it effectively cleansed my face without over drying it. On top of that it smells really good like an orange lemon combo with energizing mint. It honestly helps wake you up during your morning shower because it’s so refreshing. After I dry my face I apply the Facial Fuel Invigorating Moisture Treatment which instantly cools and energizes the skin thanks to the caffeine and menthol. The chestnut and soy extract along with vitamin C and E really do help improve your skin’s health. My skin looked visibly more radiant after applying this. What I love the most is that this is non greasy and fast absorbing. A little bit goes along way so it’s a great value as well. I have very sensitive skin and this cleanser and moisturizer duo has worked wonders on my skin and will forever be my go to skin care routine! I give the Kiehl’s Facial Fuel Line my highest recommendation!
