The Charles Tie Waist Double Breasted Trench Coat

Very large and boxy fit. And the color wasn’t as pictured. It’s a little more orange toned. If you purchase, definitely do a full size down. Wanted to love it but it wasn’t for me.

This coat is nice quality and chic in person. It does run very large, I’m usually a M but tried on an XS and it fit perfectly

Returned this coat — lovely raincoat, excellent quality…however, I didn’t notice in the picture that the closure, although double-breasted, had just a single pair of buttons — nothing at the neck, even. The result — choppy lines using the belt to keep it closed, potentially-drafty…ultimately not for me.

This trench coat feels super high quality - the fabric has a slight sheen to it, and it's lined so it's warm and cozy. I normally wear an XS, but I was still swimming in this one -- luckily was able to find an XXS an another site (Nordstrom doesn't carry it, or at least it wasn't in stock). For reference, I'm 5'6" and 120 lbs. I wish there were pockets, but that's the only thing I'd change!

I like how this trench coat does not have the split in the back - which makes this design more streamlined and not an A-frame shape (making it ideal for a petite woman). The sleeves are a good length, which I often struggle with. I also prefer this color over the more pale beige you see in trench coats. Nice lining and well-made. The sale price was the icing on the cake. My search is over.
