Sent me Used Scuffed Shoes
Just got my delivery and was shocked to find these shoes thrown in the shipping box, no packaging, no Rothy's shoebox. The front has black scuff marks on them and look worn. I am extremely disappointed no one did a quality check on these and sent me used shoes. At this price, this is not what I would expect, especially from Nordstrom. Will be returning and unsure if I will buy this brand.
