Horrible packaging
I thought by buying this bag at Nordstrom that I would be avoiding the awful packaging I was seeing at Amazon but no. They shipped this beautiful bag with no form and folded. It's completely creased right across the back. Im highly disappointed. Just buy tote bags direct from marc jacobs.

Better shippement
I think theres a shipimg issue here. I bought the bag directly from Marc Jacobs, but also came shipped folded and has a creased across the bag. No biggie to me but for what we pay should be a bit bwttwr shipped. IMO.

Looks like $30
For a $300 item, I would have expected Nordstrom to ship it in a more presentable way. It arrived all wrinkled and pressed together, looking very unappealing. The bag honestly looks like it’s worth $30. When I went to return it in the store, even the cashier laughed that it’s being sold for ten times what it looks like and I couldn’t agree more.
