Looks cheap
I don't expect Nordstrom to put a Chloe bag is a plastic bag, drop in a box, and mail it. If I could give a ZERO, I would. Two stars was generous. I looked like someone used the bag: the lock was scratched and without the protective film. The leather looked fake. That must be why it was on sale. Not even worth the sale price. It will be returned tomorrow!

Practical, lightweight, stylish
East-West bag that is roomy, light, and easy to use. I almost didn't get this because of the negative review from the other reviewer, but I saw the handbag in person in the store and it's great! The little Paddington lock did have protective sticker on it, and was wrapped up. Leather is thick and could withstand a lot of daily use. Edgy, on-trend look with the angled zippers. The front pouch (which has a magnetic closure) makes the bag tilt forward a tiny bit but it's not an issue at all. Looks great when wearing it.

trendy style lock so heaving bag leans forward
Nice overall style just lock is so heavy it causes bag to lean outward in an awkward way. I decided to return.
