Fab but size down twice

Tried on a ton of denim shorts in store. 5'4" so didn't think I could do this look. Sized down twice but still comfortable in waist. They're not saggy, nor bell out, but still relaxed and fun style.

so so big!

So cute but the sizing is way off. I’m normally a 25 across most brands and these are definitely at least 2 sizes too big.
