Textured Stripe Short Sleeve Cotton Cardigan

It's cute so I'm going to exchange for a size (or two?) larger. I like the looser fit shown in the photo, but in my true size this was too fitted and short. The colors are even more vibrant than in the photos.

The sweater is a cute summer top so I’ll keep it, but two things gave me pause. One, it’s smaller and fits differently than pictured. It’s shorter (and I’m pretty short) and doesn’t have the roomy, raglan sleeve look. It’s still cute and has an interesting knit, so I’ll keep it. Two, my major complaint is that this was someone’s return. The item arrived without any tags, smelling like perfume. It had obviously been worn and returned. This is not the first time Nordstrom has sent me someone else’s return. Come on.
