'Tirra' Sandal

I bought these sandals for an upcoming Disney trip because i didnt want to wear tennis shoes. They are so cute and comfy, and although i have only worn them around the house for about 6hours, I have zero complaints. The color purple is so bright and pretty. They are a tiny bit wide and i would normally not ever wear something as bulky, BUT I think that they serve the purpose of comfort and style perfectly without having to wear sneakers (I want to show off a cute pedi). My husband was surprised I ordered these as most of my shoes consist of 3-4inch heels, all my sandals are the girly thong type, not outdoorsy. They do look super cute with shorts, capris, and leggings (yes, i tried them on will all three). I have avg width feet with slightly chubby toes and these are perfect around my feet. For those of you with narrow feet, I can see how these could be perfectly tightened without worries. As for them running a little long, they do, but i think theres a purpose for that. I am a solid 8 and ordered an 8, theres about a 3/4-1inch space in front of my toes (1/2inch in back of heel). I think that they are meant to have extra space in the front to avoid stubbing your toes on things, specially these being outdoor sandals. Maybe a 7.5 would look like a better fit but my toes would have no more than 1/4 inch toe room and I can easily see the"ouch, my toe" thing recurring in an outdoor setting. I've heard of other reviewers who have sized down and then regretting it because of the same reason!
