Teva
The Teva brand was born in 1984 in the Grand Canyon, when a river guide rigged two Velcro watchbands to an old pair of flip-flops to create a shoe that wouldn't float away. More than 30 years later, Teva has become synonymous with comfort, durability and utilitarian style. The brand's original sandals line has expanded to include boots and sneakers for women, men and kids.

Comfy and Trendy !
I am an 8.5 and sized down, the fit is great. It feels like I am walking on my barefeet, I am hopeful these are durable, only time will tell. I have had them for a week and would recommend based off my few wears!

Cute but not durable - broke on day one of my trip
I LOVE the look of the slim version versus the thicker straps but the thin straps are clearly not as durable. Fit was great (i’m an 8.5 and ordered the 8). I bought them for my trip to Costa Rica and on day one of the trip while walking to the beach (paved road, not rough terrain) one of the straps broke. Maybe I just had a defective pair but I won’t risk repurchasing the slim version and having it happen again. I emailed customer service and they told me I can return then I get home. Shout out to Nordstrom and their amazing return policy.

Prickly Footbed
Cute slim beach/pool sandal. I detest the prickly footbed. I took the advice of another reviewer and sanded down the footbed. Now I can enjoy these Tevas.

POOR QUALITY
I did not want to believe other reviews because I love Teva. But, these broke on the third day of my trip with only light wear. Terrible. Teva also did not respond to my two requests regarding getting this addressed with their warranty despite email and chat. Terrible x2. I rarely leave reviews. But, this left a terrible taste in my mouth.

Inconsistent Designs
Sole is super comfortable and love the design, unfortunately the straps are all inserted without measurement - possibly all designed by hand. The left back strap was inserted into the sole a few centimeters more inward than the right, so my back heel steps directly on the strap each and every time making it incredibly uncomfortable to walk in. I can see this creating a blister if worn for more than 30 mins. Unfortunately I had to return.

Replaced my dressy brown heeled sandals
Low heel, dark brown 'Rum Raisin' sandal size 10 which will replace my dressy brown heeled sandals. Heels don't work for me anymore - 65 yrs w/ hip issues. Easy to put on & adjust the Velcro. Looked at similar slim brown leather 'Acorn' color that doesn't display the TEVA tag so noticeably. But all the leather versions have light beige rubber between the sole & footbed which will easily get filthy & require more care. Snipped off the jarring black/orange TEVA tag and sanded the footbed as another suggested.
