Must have for parents!
I have had this for a few babies now (purchased elsewhere before Nordstrom carried them) and I LOVE it. It is something that you need in addition to your more bulky carrier. This one is so great for around the house or if you want to be wearing baby while out at a restaurant or somewhere you need to be able to sit down. I find I can't sit in my Ergo very well. Solly is not great for walking briskly, I find that it stretches a bit and baby slides down too much when I'm walking fast (this is when I feel more comfortable in a more structured carrier like Ergo.) The material is silky soft and lightweight in summer heat. Washes and dries perfectly! It's a little intimidating to figure out how to wrap, but the Solly website has a great tutorial video and it's very simple!

Prefer my structured carrier over this
I wanted to love this but a couple points as to why it didn’t work for me. For reference, I tried this with my baby when he was 7 weeks old (so he wasn’t very heavy) during Spring. The lightweight material is supposed to be breathable but I still found baby and I were hot while wearing. I constantly had to check if he was getting too sweaty inside. It also drove me crazy how the material would start to sag after some time and baby would end up much lower than he should be. To adjust baby back to height, you have to take off the whole thing and rewrap it again. Wrapping takes some time but once you get used to it, it’s really easy. The problem is that the wrap is very long and when I was getting the wrap started while outside, the wrap ends would touch the dirty ground which I did not like. Also, I never wore baby more than 20 minutes in this because I would feel the pressure on my back, shoulders, and ribs (again, he was pretty light at 7 weeks old). I’ll stick to my Ergo carrier for now.

Love at first wrap
Just got this yesterday and already love it! I think I will only like it more as I get better at wrapping it.... hint: Pull it TIGHT baby-wearers!
I wish I had gotten this with my older son but was always intimidated by the wrap. Luckily, the manufacturer has an easy to follow video and instructions come with it!
It would be amazing for getting through airport security when you have to put car seats and strollers through the X-ray. Another plus, my little one falls asleep almost instantly in it.
Yes, it’s a lot for what is essentially a long piece of fabric, but I’m ok with it.
Highly recommend.

great for summer
No AC in my house so I bought this wrap for my newborn for the summer because it is really lightweight. Works to keep us as cool as possible and is soft and cute.

worth it!
I really hesitated buying this wrap as I already have a classic moby wrap. Well baby number 2 is now here and the moby wrap was feeling too tight, restrictive and was making baby too hot inside it. Since some kind of carrier is essential for life with a newborn and toddler I decided to give the solly baby a try. The lighter fabric prevents baby from overheating and the fabric is stretchier and easier to handle than the heavier moby wrap. They are about the same length, so this does not solve the problem of dragging fabric on the ground when putting the wrap on (a real problem outside). I still think it’s a ton of money for a long piece of fabric, but I am happy to have something to allow me to be hands free to chase down my toddler

Not supportive
The material of this wrap is terrible. It stretches out so quickly and to adjust it you have to take the whole thing off, which is not a simple thing to do. It’s also not the easiest thing to get your baby in to and it does not feel supportive. I tried to use this with my daughter when she was small 4-7 weeks) and neither of us liked it.
