Cut from midweight 12-ounce Ikigai rigid selvage denim from Japan's Nihon Menpu Textile Co, these jeans have a fitted upper block and tapered leg opening. Crafted with 3x1 right-hand twill construction, the fabric is dyed with indigo mixed with a beige sulphur dye to create a green-cast dark indigo share that's unique to the mill's long-standing traditions. They're detailed with a red ticker along the self-finished edge.

Fit is wayyy off
Like the jean quality but the jeans don’t fit even remotely close to what I normally wear.

Absolutely wonderful jeans made in USA
I would recommend reading on the limited edition selvage jeans on the AG website. Made in the USA of Japanese cotton, these are super high quality and fit perfect. Absolutely love them.

incredibly good denim
I own several selvedge denim jeans - some raw, some washed, from multiple brands - and the feel and fit of these are the best! I said it fits true to size and by that I mean typical vanity sizing of most denim, not actual measurements.
