Pretty nice
I received this item a couple of weeks ago. I'm 6'4" and 185 lbs with an athletic, muscular frame. Overall, it goes well with my suit and I love the look. It covers my waistline as it should but I wish it was a inch longer. The description online does not show you the length of 40R. For anyone else that wants to purchase, the length of the front is approximately 25-1/8 inches and the back is right at 24 inches. Photos are attached. Please note that I purchased the 42R first and it was extremely loose. The matching suit is a 42L, but I've learn that I need to downsize when it comes to a vest.

Turn Jay Trim-Fit Suit into a 3-Piece
Both the wool and the lining match that of the Ted Baker London "Jay" trim-fit suit which I bought from Nordstrom a few months ago. The vest gives my suit versatility to be either a 2-piece or 3-piece suit, which makes it appear I have more suits than I actually own.
