RIDICULOUS!!!
I wanted to purchase this trench coat but couldn't. Why? Well can anyone explain how you're supposed to figure out what size to buy without an "AMERICAN" equivalent sizing chart? Nordstrom always has a "size guideline chart" with each clothing item, so customers can see exactly the fit of the item they need to order. I called customer service and received a confused explanation of the sizing. From what I was told the available sizes are anywhere from two to three times smaller than equivalent American sizes. For Nordstrom to have this in their inventory for a price of almost $6,000.00 dollars, a "30 day return policy," and no sizing chart is absolutely "RIDICULOUS!" I would have rated this a "zero," but that's not an option and I do think the coat is very nice!
