The VRDS-701T commemorative CD transport is engineered to unlock reference-level digital playback, pairing a newly developed VRDS disc-clamping system with precision vibration control to deliver exceptional accuracy and musicality. The rigid aluminum turntable, lightweight high-rigidity bridge, and semi-floating sub-chassis minimize resonance, reduce servo error, and stabilize rotation for cleaner reads. Optimized purely for digital output, it features optical and coaxial S/PDIF, a built-in MQA core decoder for 88.2 kHz output, and a 10 MHz external clock input for system-wide synchronization. Dual high-capacity toroidal transformers, floating-mounted power sections, tuned heat-sink fins, and three pinpoint feet further suppress vibration, while control connectivity supports seamless system integration. Dedicated circuitry and meticulous mechanical isolation elevate dynamics, timing, and transparency across the full frequency range.
