Love this Bracelet
It’s a wonderful bracelet doesn’t look cheap, hasn’t even scratched and I wear it often. Love the lock look it’s just sometime comes unhooked but doesn’t ever fall off. I will be buying the silver ones soon.

The WORST customer service
I paid $125 for a piece of costume jewelry because I loved it. I received it damage and the clasp was off center - guessing a manufacturer defect since the shipping package seemed fine but it was a soft pack in a soft pouch so it could be whichever. I reached out to customer service thinking "this is Nordstrom I will be taken care of" but NO. I was told I could return it which requires me to go to a fedex location and repurchase the item myself so not even the decency of an exchange. I escalated and asked for a manager and SAME RESPONSE. Chris N was the name. Customer service has really gone down here. Taking my shopping elsewhere, too many other better places that take care of you when something goes wrong on their side.

poor manufacturing
Love the look however after 3 months the toggle that locks it in place fell off then they replaced it but when I got the brand new one it was already broken in the same way!

cute but
This is super cute, dainty and flattering. However, the twist lock gets loose quickly and then you’re constantly making sure your bracelet doesn’t fall off. Has snagged some knit blankets. No tarnish in sight
