Talya Ankle Strap Sandal (Women)

First pair arrived with scuffs on the leather. Nordstrom offered an exchange. The buckle on the replacement pair (pictured) broke before I wore them out (I tried them on indoors on carpeting for size). Nordstrom would not offer a second exchange even though this is clearly a manufacturer's issue. They offered a return, however, my size in this color was already sold out. They would not grant a price adjustment. Disappointing result. The shoe is beautiful, however, it's doubtful whether they'll last or are worth the price if they arrive damaged/break before wear multiple separate times.
