Tally Pro Precision Scale

I recently purchased this scale with some other Fellow products, and I absolutely love it. It is nice and compact, but it is no joke at measuring out coffee grounds and water. This scale has a resolution of 0.1 g, and it also has an accuracy of better than 0.1 g (I tested it against a very precise scale I have for measuring hops for beer brewing). You can conveniently switch between time, weight, and brewing assist modes. I didn't think I would care about the brewing assist mode because I can pretty easily calculate in my head how much water I need for the grounds I am brewing at any given ratio. But much to my surprise, I really enjoy using the brewing assist mode. You just rotate the dial if you want to change your water ratio, or it defaults to the last place you left it. Just tare your container, put in your grounds, press the timer button, start adding your water for the bloom and main pour, and it counts up your water weight as you build up to your total pour. And, just in case you are not paying attention (it happens), the center display turns to a white background when you reach your target water weight. The scale build quality is great, and it has a sleek design that fits in nicely with all the other Fellow products.
