Hole after 1 year of use
Don’t buy this. There is a hole in the corner after 1 year of use. I reached out to the company and they said it’s normal wear and tear. I’ve had way cheaper bags hold up better.

The bag is gorgeous and typical of Cuyana quality. It's roomy enough for my essential plus work stuff. The bag is quite slouchy and can make items get jumbled up but I use a purse organizer to keep things from getting lost.
I wish it had a zipper pocket inside instead of a slip pocket to keep small things from falling out. Overall I recommend it.
