good suit, but beware of the restrictions attached
Unfortunately, after buying the suit and being exceedingly excited to pick it, I learned the hard way not to buy suits from Nordstrom again. The suit jacket is 42, a perfect fit, the pants are 42. I was like, hmmm. I'm a 32 waist size, and there was no option for a 32 I was like, ok, maybe it runs small due to different sizes. Fast forward, I'm trying the pants, and I was like, wow, this is truly a 42 waist. How does that make sense? I went to Nordstrom to explain my case, and the tailor said, " It's not our fault. We can only adjust the bottom of the pants for free as considered basic alterations, and anything else will cost money. I was like, how I was given no choice about pants or their size or a different size for me to choose just a matching size like the jacket, and mind you, this is a $1000 suit 🤔.
