Nordstrom Fail
I ordered this and was tracking it and when the box came a day early, I was shocked to see the bottom half of a Stella McCarthy workout suit??? I am not sure how to describe it….it was hideous but cost $140. I called to see how to handle the situation and the top I ordered was no longer available in any color. I was told I had to return the item to Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack to get the refund for the item I actually ordered. No one offered to send a label and pick up the box. Luckily I live close to both Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. Seriously, this was a careless mistake and left me without a present for my daughter-in-law. Anthropologie to the rescue !
