Stylish casual blazer

Nicely tailored blazer with fun casual tropical print. Nice fabric and rich colors. Good layer for Florida. 5'3", 120 lbs, usually wear 4 or 4P dress. The 4P was way too large in the chest and waist so exchanged for 2P which is fine in the shoulders but quite fitted in the waist. Feels like it is almost 2 sizes smaller than the 4P. Lining is too ample and bunches a bit. Sleeves are fairly long for a petite. Overall it fits me fairly well, looks very nice and will be fine with a sleeveless shell.
