Long Sleeve Tuxedo Dress

This is a heavy, well made dress. It absolutely does not run large as I usually wear a size 12 in other designers but had to go with an xl and take it to a tailor. If you are smaller waisted and hippy get your usual size. The dress was too long and looked dowdy at the length it originally was and I took it up to the knee and had to get rid of the slit in front. The bustline and hips were very large on me, but the dress is true to size in the waist with no give at the waist. As usual the bustline seems to be made for a 40 D and larger, and the hips are huge (had a large circle on either side of my hips that had to be taken in). Once the tailor altered it was indeed a beautiful dress and is great for a rectangle shape. For your info I wear a size 8-10 jeans and a M/L top, and am 5 foot 7.
