Extremely dissapointing purchase
Item arrived with no original Coach price tag, no information/registration card, no interior stuffing and no dust bag, only Nordstrom price tag; additionally item was defective (blue ink or paint smudge on the bottom). Item was in a random plastic bag, thrown in a much larger shipping box with no padding/stuffing (absolutely no presentation, and without proper packing for shipment). Does Nordstrom no longer have any quality assurance and control?? You can do better, Nordstrom!!
