I am very frustrated with the outcome of this issue. I went to the store and saw a sequined Coach Tabby that I loved but there were some frayed threads so I asked for a new one. None were in stock so we ordered it instead.
Upon opening my package I quickly learn that one of the accessories is not included. I quickly call customer service for them to let me know that a local Nordstrom would be in touch with me to send me a replacement chain.
I wait. No response. So I emailed customer service instead. They quickly get back to me and tell me my best solution is to just return the bag and order a new one by myself.
Two completely different answers. No accommodating the fact that you all were wrong in the first place by delivering me part of a product. No support in helping me return or ordering a replacement. No compensation when I asked for overnight delivery.
What terrible response and annoying process. Will be returning this bag and not purchasing from Nordstrom
