Received this bag used and missing crystals. Returned and reordered and received another used bag, this time with torn suede. I’m disappointed at how common this is becoming with Nordstrom orders. This bag is too expensive to be sent out in poor condition. I obviously returned the second bag as well and reordered from another retailer.

Beautiful Bag - probably will not return
Love it, wish it came packaged nicer. Missing chain strap and a crystal. Customer service helped resolve this problem. Probably a used/pre-purchased bag from the lady that complained in the reviews about missing crystals & returned it, the bag I purchased was the last available.

Gorgeous style
I can’t believe I was able to get this. This bag is gorgeous. It comes with 3 different straps. Crossbody adjustable leather, shoulder strap, and chain strap. There are so many style options, from crossbody to shoulder, and clutch. I get so many compliments. The tabby is one of my favorite style of bags because it fits so many things without being bulky and it’s stylish.
