Amazing Hair Dryer
This is worth every penny. I have hypothyroidism which causes thin straw like hair. This dryer has improved the quality of my hair; it's smooth, soft, shiny, and looks healthy.

Unreliable
I purchased this product in 12/2012. A month ago, it stops blowing warm air. It blows only cold air. I went to T3 website. I found out that there is on-line warranty registration and I should complete that within 21 days of purchase. Funny thing. I keep the box, instruction, tools and receipt, everything. There is no warranty card. The instruction booklet doesn't mention about the on-line registration. In their own website, it only mentions 2 years warranty. I contacted T3 two times in 2 weeks. Not surprise, I haven't heard them back.

DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER!!!!!
Overpriced and broke after only a few uses. The manufacture wouldn't return or exchange it. Please don't waste your money on such an awful dryer!!!!!!

Disappointed
I was so excited to get this hair dryer. I have fine, thin, very curly hair. Drying my hair is never a problem since it's so fine, but frizz is a huge problem for me. After using this as per instructions, my hair was so frizzy, I had to spend a huge amount of time using a flat iron to smooth it out. Even though it's lightweight, it's huge, so it's awkward to use for me. My $20 Conair dryer works better. I was hoping for a miracle, but didn't receive one. :-((((

Purchased 2 - Both Died
I do not recommend T3. I have purchased 2 and both have died. Either stopped working altogether or a made horrible loud noise after a few years of use. I have a $40 2nd class brand and it has lasted longer than both those combined. Worked great at first but for this price I would expect it last much longer. If you do purchase, I would recommend registering it on their website as their Warranty Dept can be a bit rude to deal with because you will be dealing with them when you dryer starts dying after a few years.

Wait for the Dyson Hairdryer
My thick hair does not dry any better than my cheaper dryer. I end up with a big frizzy hairdo every time so I must flat iron my hair. The only good thing is that it is light weight. Wait for the Dyson Hairdryer that comes out in the fall.
