i ordered a tom ford bifold purse from nordstrom.i was sent a wrong item.when i called the customer care service and told her about receiving the wrong item(tom ford card holder instead of bifold purse) and how to return it she said as its our mistake you can keep it and reorder the item we will issue you a refund it made me super happy fr few hours and i gave it to my father as a gift. until i gt an email in the morning that i have to return the item, made it a super obnoxious situation for me .i told my dad its a defective piece n returned it right away n bought a similar item for my dad(not to mention i had to pay double the money for 2 items which i never intended to in first place).now m leaving to india on 15 feb.i asked for an expedited shipping but the tracking shows its not even shipped yet.i bought that purse specially for my india trip..M SUPER UNHAPPY UNSATISFIED N MAD AT YOUR STORE and will definitely share the incident with people whom i told i got a free card holder from nordstrom.a 3 billion dollor corporation should never have made that mistake in first place or atleast should have honored their word.in future would refer and prefer neiman marcus or bloomingdales.thanx for the lovely experience.
