Sweet Birch & Magnesium Bath Flakes

What it is: A deeply penetrating bath soak to help aid in chronic muscle aches, cramping and stiffness.

What it does: It contains sweet birch bark oil, which is a warming oil that may help decrease inflammation and muscular discomfort. Magnesium chloride may help reduce inflammation and soreness.

How to use: Add two tablespoons of bath flakes per bath. If you don't have a bathtub, you can also use these flakes as a foot soak.
