The zip was broken!
I was so looking forward to getting this trench coat to wear for Christmas! Unfortunately, the zip got completely stuck about a quarter of the way up! I have emailed customer support as can’t find a telephone number about 10 times and still have no response! It’s very disappointing

Trench itself is great but…
Every single one in the store had black marks all over the outside of the jackets and I picked the one with the least but still annoying and hard to get off. Otherwise the coat itself is wonderful. Plenty of pocket space with fleece lining to keep hands warm, excellent hood coverage, nice that you can cinch it up. Layers well with a liner if you have one and the length is great on me (5’7).
