Explorer Pants

I am 5’5 and these were short in that if I sit down they rise up and hinge on my calves. I am a large in Vuori and bought the XL based on the size chart and I still felt the elastic of the waist was too tight. And lastly, I missed the part where these are two ply. Two layers of fabric. The fabric is very thin and breathable and these might even be sheer if they were only one layer.

I already owned the Explorer shorts so understood how comfortable the trousers would be. These trousers fitted perfectly for me, so much so, I ordered another pair!! I love the durability and elasticity of the trousers, didn't crease in my suitcase when I took them on an 8hr flight either. love them

Right. I’m ready to write a review. I have throughly tried and tested these trousers. I have lived in them for the past Year travelling the world. They have navigated Peru, protected me from a dog bite in Bolivia, navigated the Atacama desert and the wild empty plains of Patagonia. They have accomplished peaks up Fitz Roy and Torre del Paine. They served me well as we trudged through snow in Antarctica. They camped their way through New Zealand and Australia. They kept me cool in the sweltering Amazon rainforest. They dried quickly in the Monsoons of the Phlippines. They have been the best travel companion that I have worn time and time again. I’ll be buying more.
