Sad it didn't work out
I had to return this item because the colors were muted, the fit was off, and the sizing was big. I wish it were not a drawstring but just like the old star sweatshirt dresses and in primary colors. It was just not awesome enough.

Perfect dress for school or play dates
I absolutely love this dress. It is thick enough to keep my girl warm in late fall/ winter time ( California weather) but it doesn't feel heavy or bulky at the same time. Its beautiful navy color along with multicolor stars make it a safe choice for endless school art projects and it is so easy to pair with any color of leggings as well. My girl is almost 6 years old but typically wears size 5t. I have ordered size 5 for her initially but it was kind of small and short. I have exchanged the dress for size 6-7 and it is perfect!

Love this dress!! Seems like my kiddos are between sizes so I sized up. It's not as thick as the other sweatshirt dress from primary. It will be okay for Minnesota late fall and with base layer for winter.
