My little one loves it so much. The only thing is, we bought the small size before she was born, she wasn’t that big but had to change to size M after only 3weeks uses (~4. 6kg). The size guide wasn’t too accurate. But overall the quality and outcome is good!

Keeping the arms up like that does it have long term effect?

Love To Dream response
Thank you for raising this, Helina - it's such a thoughtful question and exactly the kind of thing a caring parent would want to understand! 💙 The arms-up position is actually the natural resting position for babies, both in the womb and in early life. Rather than placing their arms in an unnatural position, Love to Dream is designed to support the position babies instinctively move to on their own. Research has shown that restricting this natural movement (as traditional swaddling does) can sometimes cause more disruption than supporting it. The Transition Bag in particular is designed for the stage where babies are moving towards having their arms fully free, so it supports that gradual, natural progression. That said, if you have any specific concerns about your little one's development, we'd always encourage you to chat with your paediatrician - they know your baby best! If there's anything else we can help with, our team is always happy to hear from you 😊

These save our nights
My LO loves to sleep with arms up so we've loved these swaddles. The transition sleep sacks were the next logical step and they have helped us work out of swaddles.

so many choices, so many answers
As a new mom it is hard to know what I will actually need for my baby. There are so many choices just for what to put your baby in to sleep! But Love To Dream made it easy to decide and gave great options for bedtime! Also, spring has sprung, sprung again, and re-sprung where I live so between putting the air conditioning on, putting the heat back on, and opening the window, the different TOG levels makes it easy to know my baby’s temperature will stay more steady and these sleep sacks keep them comfortable!

One arm in, one arm out
The transition love to dream swaddle was so helpful when transitioning my baby from arms down and in swaddle to out. Having arms up at first and then the option to take out one at a time really helped make the change to both arms out easier. Love the fabric and patterns too. Always a win with love to dream!
