Didn’t run small for me
I have bought a medium and a small and am now returning for an xs. The top sits tight but the bottom flares out a bit at the waist. The material is high quality and it is lined. It is very comfortable because the material is stretchy. I love this top. Also bought the blanched almond. That one ran smaller than the black and I kept the small. I am 34C with 26” waist.
