Surplice Maxi Dress

Dress runs a little small, I’m 5’4 and 120 pounds and I got a size small that is still a little too small on me but it works. I didn’t try on a medium to see if that fit better. I have pretty small boobs and don’t have a problem with the chest area being too big. My only problem is that it’s a little hard to zip up all the way and the back of the dress does not look like it does in the picture probably because the dress is a little too small. But I fell in love with the dress as soon as I tried it on and am happy with it! Wearing it to a wedding this weekend!

Beautiful dress. Good quality. Exactly as pictured and advertised. One little problem. I am 5'2", a shorter girl, and this dress is too long for me. With heels it's fine, though. And I imagine an alteration will be easy.

This dress is a 2 for 1. I’m 5’9”, 148 and it hangs beautifully. It can be worn casually by hooking the straps in the back of the dress (hook provided). For a more glamorous yet sexy look, by not hooking the straps. The straps in the back hang and give such a beautiful silhouette figure flattering look. I’m 32DDD in the chest and I’m able to hold the front straps up easily with a little double sided invisible tape. Try it out both ways!

I loved the rainbow pattern. Be aware that there is really no way to wear a bra with this dress! I am small chested, so that didn't matter so much to me. I do wish there was a way to further tighten the top straps.

I am usually a size 8 and got this dress in a M and the sizing was good. But the back and side of this dress is just tough. If you are comfortable not wearing a bra- buy this dress! I tried a few different bralettes with it and couldn't get it to work, which was so disappointing.

This is a beautiful dress--I got the black flowery print, and it is just gorgeous. However, the fit is odd. I ordered a size up from normal, and while I still couldn't zip the dress up, the chest was way too loose and would have gaped open, so there's no way I could go up an additional size and have it work for me. I think it could work on someone with a more petite frame, but I'm not sure. Sad that it didn't work, as it is a beautiful dress on the model.
