Runs EXTREMELY Small

I’m consistently a Medium but this top is like a youth medium or something. It’s SO small. The draping of the fabric doesn’t make sense with how skin tight the shirt is. I feel like I would actually need an XXL for this to fit right

Runs extremely small

I typically wear a size M. I did not want it skin tight, so I ordered L and XL. I first tried the L, and I could barely get my head through the neck hole. The XL was also tiny. Who did they make this for? I love the color and style. The fabric was stretchy but stiff. Disappointed, but at least I saved a turtle from getting run over today.
