Chic can be comfortable!
This is my 4th pair of Superga's! First saw them in Europe - everyone wears this brand. Valuable product knowledge: yes, they are heavier than a pair of Converse! Don't let that stop you from purchasing, they offer more support due to weightier construction. Degreaser will keep your platform white! It is accurate to order a full size down! If you have narrow feet, these might not give you the best fit, they tend to run wide. The lacing in the picture is NOT how Superga shows them laced, google "how to lace Superga's"! (not kidding). If you want a tighter lace up, then do lace them in the traditional manner, otherwise go for the cool factor of their way!

Poor quality
I have worn these shoes for one week and the sole is coming unattached at the toe. I am very disappointed in the quality of this sneaker.

Cute but poorly made/fit
Awesome and cute. Horrible fit/execution. First thing first: these are TRUE TO SIZE. I Did not need to size up OR down. That being said: the back of my foot/my heel STILL slips out the back of shoe :/ they just aren’t well made. The sole is rock solid and thick so they don’t bend with your foot when you walk; as many other reviewers have noted. But I tried a half size down and they were way too tight. So there’s no winning here. My friend said over time the sole loosens up and bends and the heel slipping out stops eventually. So I’m giving them a chance. But like I said: TRUE TO SIZE!!! I am a pretty true size 8, occasionally an 8.5 If the shoe runs small, and these I fit my TRUE SIZE 8. Give them time. Unfortunately they Just aren’t a great shoe at first.

Way too large
I loved this sneaker, but when I received it and tried it on. . .well just way too big. I tried to order a smaller size, but they were out of it. . .went to the store and bought something else. I don't know why Nordstrom doesn't carry Superga in the store.

good quality
these shoes are super good quality for the price from the box to the shoe. i’m usually a women’s 9.5 in vans and nikes with a little room at the top but i ordered an 8.5 for these and there is still a little room when i tie them tight so i would order at least a size down. also i had to google and learn how to tie these shoes european straight across. i love them

Super cute and comfortable, size down!
Love this sneaker! Super cute paired with a dress and denim leather jacket, and also very comfortable! The only thing is I would size down, I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 and the 8 fit great. Glad I listened to the reviews and sized down!
