What it is: A daily, makeup-melting cleansing balm and makeup remover that rapidly dissolves all traces of makeup and sunscreen.
Who it's for: All skin types, including sensitive skin.
What it does: The Superberry Dream Balm is specially formulated to remove all traces of long-wear makeup and water-resistant sunscreens while gently removing excess oils and impurities.
How to use: Warm in dry hands until balm has transformed into oil. Massage onto dry skin and give attention to stubborn areas. Wet hands and continue massaging until oil emulsifies into a milk. To remove, rinse thoroughly with water. Use alone or as the first step of your double cleanse.

This is amazing as a first cleanse to get makeup off. I notice a significant difference when I use it . A little goes a long way! Lasts awhile

Formula has changed
I’ve purchased this balm three times, all from Nordstrom. My first tub smelled wonderful, easily melted away into a smooth consistency and continued to be that way the entirety of the time until I used up the tub about a year later. I purchased a replacement anticipating running out. When I opened it the product smelled musty and expired. Against my better judgement, I scooped a bit out and the texture was gritty and did not melt. It felt horrible on my skin and left a film that I had to double cleanse to remove. I thought, it’s my fault, I let it sit unopened for two months, so I purchased a new one. Same thing but I didn’t bother trying it out. I contacted YTTP since they’re the ones responsible for the product and was told, “We regret that you were not able to enjoy this product and hope you have a wonderful rest of your day”.
TLDR: Formulation changed for the worse, use at your own risk. Do not recommend.

Bad smell …
Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. The product had a strong rancid odor upon opening — completely unacceptable for a skincare item. The texture was overly waxy, didn’t emulsify properly, and failed to remove makeup effectively.
Even after cleansing again with a different product, the residue was difficult to remove and the unpleasant smell persisted on my skin. This raises serious concerns about the product’s quality and freshness.
I would like to be contacted regarding a refund or exchange.

Not easy to use
I like the feeling of my skin right after using this cleanser, however it takes forever to work out on the skin and I don’t think it does as good a job at removing makeup (especially mascara) as some other brands… I’m halfway through the pot but already looking for other options, a difficult remover is the last thing I want to think about late night !

I can’t even try it
The smell is absolutely horrible… I get free of perfumes and such but this was like old candle wax that once upon a time was melted and then closed up for years. I opened it rubbed it in my hands and that’s when I was like NOPE …

Hard Pass
Total disappointment. Love other YTTP products so had high hopes for this one. Has a horrid old, waxy, chemical smell. It does not come off completely with water. My face was had a waxy film on it afterwards. Just clogged my pores leading to a few breakouts. Will definitely be returning.

Not worth it at all
It smelled so bad like crayons and would not melt at all despite warming it up in my hands. It was just a waxy mess that never turned into oil or milk even with water. Didnt remove any makeup and skin turned red and itchy and felt like it was burning after trying to wash it off with a cleanser.
