Caused Breakouts
I received a 15 mL sample of Clarins Super Restorative Night Cream along with the Day Cream from TopBox Circle in exchange for my honest review. #trywithtopbox #freeproduct
.I was concerned that the I would not be able to see results with this size of sample. However, a little bit of product goes a long way due to the richness of this cream. I did not notice much of a difference between the day and night creams. I used each cream for 2 days and nights after cleansing and sadly, had to stop using it. The fragrance is a pleasantly floral but quite strong and I noticed my allergies were worse during use. Also, I have oily/combination skin and many products tend to be too rich which clog my pores and cause breakouts. My skin, prior to using this product was balanced and I was experiencing much fewer breakouts. Unfortunately, within 2 days of use of this cream, I broke out. My face was oily and over hydrated. I believe this product would be better suited for those with dry skin that needs lots of hydration and no sensitivities. I’m disappointed to say that this cream is definitely not for me.

I have been using Clarins products for several decades now and am very pleased with the Super Restorative day and night moisturizers. The neck creme is also excellent. I am 69 years old and often receive compliments from people who are surprised to learn my calendar age.
