What it does: The brow pencil defines the brows with its precision tip for easy application to create natural-looking, hair-like strokes to fill in sparse areas.
How to use: Use the Brow Pencil to lightly draw strokes in an upward motion to shape and fill brows. Comb through brows evenly with spoolie to groom and blend color.
