Dissatisfied By Description
Before you buy the description is misleading and inaccurate does not come with a removable shoulder strap. Contacted directly JuJuBe saying strap was missing basically telling me sorry it’s wrong but you can buy it for $30 and left it at that. Like $30 for a strap that was in the description.

broke after first use
Brought it on a flight to the east coast and broke while we were only at the airport! The material is cheap/flimsy and the zipper broke. Had to return during our trip. I do not recommend.
