Cheap Costume Dollar Store Earrings
These hoops are extremely cheap and appear to be something you'd pick up in the dime store for $10. They're super light weight; they feel and look like plastic including the stones which are much lighter than the photo depicts. I purchased the blue and they're being returned ASAP.
