Suns Out Denim Bootcut Jumpsuit

I received this item while out of town and they left the security tag on. Since there were no Nordstrom's within 100 miles I chose to use a YouTube method to remove tag. This was after calling customer service and trying local other retailers who refused to remove the tag. Since the item was no longer available in my size, I still wanted it but wasn't going to drive 4 hours to remove a tag they left on!! Well, I tried 3 YouTube methods. All failed!!! Finally I used the double fork method and wound up tearing holes through the leg!! Customer service refused to offer a discount to pay a tailor to fix the damage!! Seriously??? Plus the item is lower in price now but only in an XS. I can't believe they would not offer a discount since I do love the item and want to keep it. I will never shop at Nordstrom again because of this. Their fault and not willing to compensate for theit mistake!! I would have taken an exchange but this item is out of stock in my size.
