Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream increases hydration by up to 68% in as little as 15 minutes for up to 24 hours of continuous moisture.

How to use: Apply to clean skin twice a day to visibly brighten hyperpigmentation over time. Pat the formula on top of makeup to seal in hydration and radiance, or apply directly to the skin.
