Get flooded with compliments from this cream
I have been using this cream on and off for several years because it's so expensive. But I kid you not I was surrounded by a group of women at a baby shower who wanted to know what the secret to my skin is. It is this cream! Every time I wear it I get random compliments from strangers. It's not my skin. I kept switching between Chanel, La Mer, and this cream and always end up coming back to this, but it is the most expensive of the 3 brands, so wanted something a little less, oh well. I figure I save money because I don't need to use any serums when I use this so my beauty routine is shorter and faster. I just put on vitamin c, this cream, and sunscreen and then do my makeup. At night I just put this on and nothing else and go to bed. I don't mind the smell, keep it mind it goes away after absorbed and have never noticed it by the time I"m out the door, plus I like the earthy smell because it assures me that the ingredients are legit. I am Korean and have used a lot of Korean luxury skincare products but this is my favorite. Please don't discontinue Nordstroms! I'm so glad I don't have to fly to Korea to get this anymore.

Reformulation is trash - diluted ginseng extract
This recent reformulation has absolutely ruined the quality of the Concentrated Ginseng Line. The cream doesn't feel as moisturizing and firming, and the artificial fragrance is stronger. Any beneficial ingredients is less effective since they are all massively diluted now. The main ingredient, Ginseng (Panax ginseng root extract) used to be the FIRST ingredient on the list by concentration, now it's 22nd. Perfume fragrance is higher up on the list. So disappointed. Will have to look elsewhere for my beauty products.

high quality moisturizer
I love this cream! I use it as my last step in my sulwhasoo skincare routine at night. It’s very light feeling but moisturizers like a thick cream. I did “wean” myself onto this, starting with very little adding more to my skin every night, because I heard you can shock your skin with products it’s not used to absorbing. I noticed a breakout when I used too much too fast, and then my skin began to get used to it! The smell isn’t bad, it smells like ginseng which is very herbal and earthy.

Good but prefer Bloomstay
Bought this line full size after trying the sample when Bloomstay ran out. But as the winter persisted, this ginseng line didn’t help as much. I find the need to apply multiple times a day and also waking up with dry skin. The creme doesn’t keep skin moisturized very long. Going back to a Bloomstay as it keeps my skin moist longer. It smells better too.

My new holygrail!
I can't believe I waited so long to try this product. After a few weeks of use, my skin is visibly softer and dewier! I use this with the First Care Serum and Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Eye Cream too and I think some of my fine lines are smoother too. Hopefully in a few months, I see less visible wrinkles.
The cream is a little bit on the "heavy side." So I probably stick with this on colder/winter months. I will switch to Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Cream Light in the spring and summer.
Overall, I found my new holy grail!
