Suiting Longer Length Shorts

I really liked these trouser shorts and length (if you're tall) for the office as they're made well, but the fit is certainly larger than expected. I'm 5'7, 125 pounds, and the 00 was still too loose without getting them tailored. Good American's sizing is a bit strange already, so unfortunately I'd say size down 1-size for you.

I’m between size 0 and 2 depending on the brand. I ordered these shorts in a size 0, as I read reviews saying it runs big! Expecting a snug and flattering fit, but they are huge! They easily fit like a size 6 — there’s no way they should be labeled as a 0. The waist is too loose, the hips are baggy, and they don’t stay up properly. The sizing is way off, so if you’re petite or truly a size 0, beware. Very disappointed, as I was excited about these but can’t even wear them. Definitely returning. Three stars to be fair because it’s a good quality!

I got these in 4 and 6. Normally 6 or 8 in this brand. They don’t run enormous that’s for sure. I’d go down one size in these and should fit perfect size 6. They are wide leg beware so I’d like to alter the legs to be a little more narrow. They are not sheer and good quality and length is to the knee but have inch or so in hem to let down if want to make them longer than they are. Shape is good not to huge like other reviews mention for this brand. I’d go down one size and not any more. They are good deal so worth the buy.
